honestly, i was almost ready to rave about this place, but service was painfully lacking. the breakfast was an absolute disaster, and i was shocked by the staff’s uninviting presence. also, i woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade, but apparently, i’m just like every other guest here. can’t they see my needs? ?

The sofa bed mattress was worn out, leading to discomfort, and the room had some general wear and tear with limited additional amenities for snacks or drinks. Overall, the supposed value for the price was off, and it felt a bit mismanaged.

But the breakfast area was packed during our stay, and the offerings felt a bit repetitive.
